What is Ignite:
Ignite has a singular objective: to propel you into immediate productivity. At Keller Williams, we believe in “learning for earning’s sake”. The course contains a wealth of foundational real estate content, enhanced by productivity-based exercises, practical job aids, and powerful dialogue.
Who should take this course:
All agents who are looking to (re)learn and strengthen their fundamentals; Ignite will take you from contact, to contract, to close. If you’re new, this is the place for you! If you’re not so new and need to re-ignite your career, these classes are taught at a high enough level that you’ll get new ideas and the inspiration you’re looking for to get your business going!

Where and when does the training take place:
Classes run from Monday through Friday and are held live on Zoom from 10-11:30/12:00.
What if I can’t attend training during the day?
We’re here for you! Join us for Ignite at Night! This condensed course covers the Ignite material over a 10 week period. Classes are held Tuesday evenings from 5pm-7pm and are designed to get you up and running while you’re balancing other obligations during the day.
How do I join the training:
After you’ve registered, the daily Zoom link will be sent to you each morning. (Check your spam filters: Gmail loves to send these messages to your “spam”, “all mail”, and “promotions” folders!)
Are the classes recorded:
Yes! Can’t attend live classes? Register at productiveagentlaunchpad.com and you’ll have access to the training library of all recorded classes.
Will I learn KW Command:
Yes! KW Command demos are done throughout the training!
Will I have fun:
Yep! This class is high energy and will provide you the opportunity to meet lots of cool people! It’s also taught by a professional trainer who has spent 20 years teaching and leading sales people and who has a passion for helping people grow!
