Click on it and enter the “Purchase Price” and the “Estimated Closing Date”, then “Calculate” and it gives the estimated supplemental property tax bill info. Sample Language for Emailing Buyer When Seller Countered Out Property ID
Hello (insert buyer’s name),
We have requested the Property ID natural hazard disclosure (NHD) report in the offer. It is the most complete NHD and the one I would want for myself if I were purchasing real estate, but the seller has countered this out with a different NHD report. Nonetheless, I can still order the Property ID report for you, it’s $99, and you can pay for it out of escrow, but don’t worry because if you don’t buy this house, I can cancel the Property ID report, so you don’t have to pay for it. I will order it for you unless you email me that you don’t want it.

When posting the NHD onto the MLS with your listing you can request that the NHD (and any other disclosures you post) be signed by the buyer and submitted with the offer.
