DTD2 13-Week Conversation Challenge

Purpose
The DTD2 13-Week Conversation Challenge is designed to encourage consistent communication with your database through phone calls, texts, and social media conversations that strengthen relationships and lead to appointments.
Duration
13 consecutive weeks
Results are logged once per week using the official Google Form
Weekly submission deadline: Mondays at 6:00 PM
Weekly Expectations
Each participant is expected to:
Make phone calls to their database
Send and engage with personalized text messages and/or social media conversations.
Complete the assigned DTD2 Letters for the week
How to Submit
Each week, participants submit one Google Form, including:
Confirmation that the DTD2 Letter was completed. (5 pts)
Calls, and texts/ social messages.Number of conversations (1 pt.)
Number of appointments booked (5 pts.)
Points and Scoring
Conversations (1 Point Each)
One point is awarded for each conversation.
Definition of a Conversation
A conversation is a two-way exchange in which the contact engages with you through:
A live phone conversation.
A text and/or social media exchange with a reply and follow-up. A real conversation where something is learned. (not a single-word responses, emojis, or likes)
The following do not count as conversations:
Voicemails without a response
One-way texts with no reply
Mass texts or automated campaigns
Social media likes, comments, or story views
Appointments Booked (5 Points Each)
5 points are awarded for each real estate appointment booked during the week, including buyer consultations and listing appointments.

Leaderboard and Winners
Points accumulate weekly and across all 13 weeks

Grand Prize Final rankings are determined by total points
Tie-Breaker Rules
If there is a tie in total points at the end of 13 weeks, the tie will be broken in the following order:
Highest total number of conversations
Highest total number of appointments booked
Most weeks with the “Letter” completed
If still tied, the winner will be determined by a random draw
Honor System and Fair Play
All submissions are based on the honor system
Participants may be asked to verify results
Inaccurate or misleading reporting may result in disqualification
