THE 100-YARD DASH
SPRINT TO THE TOUCHDOWN

The Clock Starts: Tuesday, 11am September 15, 2026

The Final Whistle: Tuesday, 10 am October 13, 2026

Welcome to the 100-Yard Dash!

The premise is simple: every revenue-generating action you take moves you exactly One yard down the field. In this four-week sprint, consistency is the name of the game. First to 100 yards scores the ultimate touchdown and wins the grand prize and everyone who gets a touchdown wins a prize!

"Success is actually a short race, a sprint fueled by discipline just long enough for habit to kick in and take over." — Gary Keller

HOW TO MOVE DOWN THE FIELD

Every action below equals exactly 1 Yard.

  • 1 Real Estate Conversation (Phone, Text, or Social Media)

  • 1 Handwritten Card (Written, stamped, and mailed)

  • 1 Appointment (Set and attended)

  • 1 Signed Contract (Listing or Buyer Rep)

  • 1 Closing (Funded and recorded)

WHAT COUNTS AS A "CONVERSATION"?

A passing "Hey, how are you doing?" won't get you closer to the end zone. To gain a yard, the interaction must be a real, two-way dialogue that connects to real estate or major life changes.

Here is the simplified playbook for your conversations:

The Phone Call

You actually speak to the decision-maker. You talk about the market, their home's equity, or do a genuine catch-up that naturally leads to a real estate discussion or asking for a referral. (Leaving a voicemail doesn't count!)

The Text Message

A true two-way exchange with substance. If you text them about a recent sale in their neighborhood and they reply with a real question or thought on their own home, that’s a yard! (Mass text blasts or getting a simple "Thumbs up" reply don't count.)

The Social Media DM

A meaningful back-and-forth chat in Direct Messages. If you message them about a life event they posted (a new baby, a job promotion) and pivot the chat into how their current home fits their new lifestyle, you move down the field. (Just "liking" a post or commenting a generic "Congrats!" doesn't count.)

ACCOUNTABILITY

GET ON THE SCOREBOARD!

To keep the momentum going and the energy high, you need to report your stats!

  1. Submit Your Yards Online: Make sure you are logging your daily and weekly numbers through the online submission link so we can track who is closest to the end zone.

  2. Friday Pro Coaching Check-In: We are huddling up every Friday on the Pro Coaching call. Bring your numbers, share your wins, and we will review the scoreboard to strategize for the next week.

Get out on the field, focus on your daily actions, and let’s score some touchdowns! You have the skills, you have the playbook; now go execute!
