ABOUT ELLEN GOLLA
Ellen Golla is a Sales Agent and member of the Associate Leadership Council at KW Commercial Pasadena, where she also serves as Chair of the Education Committee. She brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, entitlement, and project execution, and has been a licensed commercial real estate agent for the past year and a half. This combination allows Ellen to approach brokerage from the perspective of a builder and problem-solver who understands how projects perform and are valued long before they ever reach the market.
Prior to joining KW Commercial, Ellen led and managed the development of more than 200 residential units throughout the Los Angeles region, working on projects ranging from single-family communities to multifamily developments valued in the tens of millions. She has held leadership roles at prominent development firms and is widely recognized for her ability to solve complicated real estate challenges through disciplined planning, collaborative team leadership, and clear financial strategy.
As Chair of the ALC Education Committee, Ellen is focused on creating meaningful programming that elevates agent performance, strengthens market knowledge, and fosters a culture of professional growth within the office. She is passionate about sharing expertise, mentoring peers, and building systems that help agents succeed in an increasingly complex estate landscape. Ellen holds a Master of Architecture from UCLA and a California real estate license, and remains deeply engaged in industry organisations and community leadership throughout the region.
